This article just foreshadows how often Cliff Lee will be in New York papers this offseason until he eventually signs with somebody. The World Series is about to start Wednesday and the NY Daily News finds in necessary to publish an article dealing with Cliff Lee's decision next year and how actions that indirectly affected Lee's wife will sway his decision. Don't you think Lee has other things on his mind at the moment? Just because the season is over for the Yankees right now doesn't mean baseball has ended. I don't think I've ever seen a scenario, before this one, where a player is being asked about his decision next year when he's about to start the World Series. This is ridiculous to me.
its all ridiculous...i dont know why a team trying to get a high caliber player like lee after the seasons over ..only to be seized by the hands of the ny daily news
